I.  After-sale service:
If item gets broken, we ensure: guarantee for replacement within three months, guarantee for all repairs within twelve months under normal use from the day it has been sold.

II. Way of after-sale service:
1. Enquiry: If you meet any troubles while using, please contact local distributors or all us directly at:info@qyg-online.com or leave a message in “complaint & suggestion” column.
2. Replacement: During replacement period, consumers can get items which were damaged due to Production Problem changed from local distributors.
3. Guarantee for all repairs: During warranty period, consumers can turn to local distributors for free maintenance or contact directly us for free maintenance.
4. Maintenance: Beyond warranty, consumers can pay for maintenance at local distributors or contact us for maintenance.

III. spec of after-sale service
1. Date of purchase is subject to Date in Invoice　　
2. We disclaim the responsibility of after-sale service if it’s without Serial No.
3. Guarantee for replacement and repairs is limited to normal use. We would offer paid maintenance service as the case maybe:
User takes item apart by himself;
Consumers did not use items according to usage manual;
Natural disasters and other Force Majeure;
Using under power of wrong voltage;
Wrong connecting;
Maintenance and re-equip at where that without our permission;
Damage caused by shipment and other accidents;
4. We only guarantee for maintenance of functions, appearance could be different.
5. Free maintenance service does not contain cover, manual and package.

IV. Guarantee card and Original Invoice is required. Please keep it and don’t revise any of it, otherwise, it would be invalid.
